Israel has extensive expertise and experience in the field of commercial litigation.

In his activity in this field, Israel manages disputes in the fields of contracts, liabilities, corporations and securities, property, real estate, administrative law and constitutional law.

The commercial litigation procedures handled by Israel deal, among other things, with issues such as – (1) disputes relating to contractual agreements of various types, including – interpretation of contracts; conflicting rights; disputes relating to agency and distribution relationships; Disputes relating to obligations and charges. (2) disputes concerning corporate and securities laws, including derivative claims; class actions; shareholder conflicts and corporate control struggles; Corporate governance; Disputes concerning valuations of companies / businesses; Liability of office holders. (3) Disputes in the field of property, real estate, and planning and construction law, including – disputes concerning the initiation, planning and execution of complex real estate projects; complex infrastructure projects ; conflicting rights; and various aspects of the sale of apartments. (4) Competition laws (antitrust) (5) tender laws. (6) administrative law, including – petitions to the High Court on economic issues; Dealing with regulators and administrative authorities.

In addition to this, Israel specializes in the field of commercial law, and has extensive expertise and experience in dealing with mergers and acquisitions of companies and businesses; Establishing joint ventures, partnerships and companies in various fields; investment agreements; Establishing investment funds and handling their activities; financing transactions; Accompanying tenders and privatizations; Accompanying regulatory procedures; Accompanying profitable real estate projects; accompanying infrastructure projects; agency and distribution agreements; labor agreements; real estate transactions of various types (including – National Outline Plan).

Israel also has special expertise in the field of energy and infrastructure, and has extensive expertise and experience in the field of LPG (cooking gas), the field of traditional energy and the field of renewable energies, including – purchase and marketing of natural gas and compressed natural gas; the field of solar energy; purchase of electricity; Agreements of various types in the field of infrastructure (such as: joint ventures, project initiation, contracting and execution agreements, EPC agreements, etc.).

Born in Israel, married and father of four. Lives in Modi’in.

Holds a bachelor’s degree (LL.B) in law (with honors) and a bachelor’s degree (B.A) in Jewish philosophy (with honors) (1999).

Internship at the Supreme Court under the honorable (ret.) Judge Yitzhak Englard (1998-1999).
