About Me

Born in Israel, married and father of four children, resident of Rishpon.
1995- LLM (cum laude), Columbia University, New York.

Member of the Israeli Bar Association as of 1994

Adv. Yagur is one of Israel’s top antitrust lawyers and leads our firm’s antitrust practice. Adv. Yagur represents leading Israeli and international groups in issues related to monopolies, cartels and mergers, as well as private enforcement of antitrust law, before the Israeli Antitrust Authority and the competent courts, in criminal and civil proceedings, including class actions. In addition, Adv. Yagur provides advice on wide array of antitrust issues to Israeli and foreign clients.
Adv. Yagur’s practicealso focuses on commercial law, litigation, BOT-PFI tenders, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He possesses a wealth of experience representing foreign companies in Israel and Israeli companies abroad.

Prior to joining our firm, Adv. Yagur was a senior partner in Shavit Bar-On Galon Tzin Yagur & Co. and headed the firm’s antitrust practice. During 1994-1995 Adv. Yagur worked at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York.

Author of the text book, “Antitrust Law” (published in three editions), cited in various court decisions, including of the Israeli Supreme Court.
Published numerous publications on various antitrust subjects in the Israeli press.
