Born in Israel, married and father of four, resident of Modi’in.
1999 – Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Bar Ilan University (LL.B.) (cum laude).
1998-1999 – Served as an intern at the Supreme Court, Chamber of the Hon. Justice Itzhak Englard.
1999 – Graduate of the Jewish Philosophy Department at Bar Ilan University (Secondary Bachelor’s Degree) (cum laude).
Member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2000.
Commercial litigation in the fields of contracts, corporations, administrative law and constitutional law. Has extensive experience in legal proceedings relating to negotiations for entering into contracts; contractual engagements; contractual interpretation; agency and distribution relations; disputes between shareholders and partners; control disputes in corporations; proceedings relating to valuations of companies and operations; proceedings relating to tender laws; varied legal proceedings in the field of real estate and property; restrictive trade practices.

Has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of companies and operations; setting up joint ventures, partnerships and companies in various areas; investment agreements; agency and distribution agreements; finance transactions; various transactions in the field of real estate; handling tenders and privatizations.
